I applied for a mutual exchange in early feb and we had our inspections in the first week of march.
its been over 65 days since applying and 42 days since the inspection, We both have the same housing manager but we have not heard nothing from her and whenever we call her it just rings. We asked the council if the move is a yes or no and they said only one person can tell me. However she is not answering.
How long do mutual exchange decisions take to get made ?
I dont want to call every other day and she might get annoyed with us.
