I have a wetroom, 2 bedroom want to downsize

I have a two bedroom flat and a wetroom. The women who I'm moving with has a daugher over 18 so will suit this house.

Will the council let her move in if she doesnt have a disability as I have a wetroom.

As far as I’m aware, the council don’t stop you from having whoever you want live with you. They don’t even have to be put on the tenancy they can just live there and if they decide later to go on the tenancy you then contact the cancel and it’s as simple as putting their name down.
