so our gramp passed away early this year a family member has lived with him for years and has succeeded the tenancy but not on his house as its a 4 bedroom the council will offer him some where else to live in the coming months. I am just wondering if he has the right to swap with another family member thats in a 2 bed that need a 4 bed ? so we can keep the house. has anyone else been able to swap after succeeding the tenancy?
