Help with social housing application!

Hi sorry if this isn't the right place to post, I couldn't really find a relevant section!
I am putting my name on the social housing list. I have 2 boys and I'm currently living with my parents and always have done - single mum.
The application is asking for proof of living in the community for 3 years and I don't know what to provide (I recently changed my bank so no bank statements!) and it's asking me for proof of housing benifit/universal credit housing allowance - I don't have any of these as never rented before!
Does anyone have an ideas?
Thank you :)

Old bank statements, child benefit award letter?

NHS or doctors letter. School or nursery letter

Thanks everyone! I just had a thought, would a p60/payslip be sufficient? They have my address on!

I would think so.

Also in such an application, don't forget to include evidence that your current situation is not sustainable. that is, overcrowding...etc
Include evidence from G>p it is affecting your mental health

Are the kids in school or nursery? I assume you claim child benefit? Bank statements in your name?

P60 as you said or will a letter from school/nursery suffice?
