Could someone give me some guidance and advice. I have been nominated to Housing association for a new build in Kent I have filled out all the forms sent off ID. How long does it roughly take for them to complete the affordability check and get back to you with an answer?.
Is there a process housing association follows I knoe their different from Council.
Anyone live in a Housing association new build whats your experience?
