Who is good at maths out there?!

So sorry if this is the wrong place to post as it is not an actual homework question, but I'm struggling to find a suitable place to post it...

Can anyone good at maths work something out for me?

I am trying to work out what percentage of 3.4g, 0.026g (26mg) is. Another way of saying this I suppose is what percentage of 3400mg is 26mg?

About 0.76% (100/3400*26)

x/100 x 3400 = 26

so 26/3400 x 100 = 0.765%

26 / 3400 x 100 = 0.76%

I'd work it out like this:

26 divided by 3400 = 0.007647058823526 x 100 = 0.764705882352941 which when rounded to 2 decimal places gives you 0.76% (so less than 1%)
