Extra help at school - where do I go

Not sure what to do so would really appreciate some help!!

I'm funding ABA few hours a week for ds 4 at school and the main focus (asked by his teacher and me) is for him to focus on writing reading - his autism is mild so that's the main focus for now
ABa supervisor is doing an absolute shite job of it and hence aba tutor as well!
Thinking of letting them go and replacing them with someone who know how to teach him - where do I go? How do I know someone is good for this? I can't afford to keep on changing the tutor
How much do they charge?
Are they trained teachers?

I have problems with tutors as well. It is very hard to find someone who will help with homework and studies. As for me, I am done with tutors, so I usually pay for homework for money online. It is better to deal with the website than with people.
