Just that really.
Talking Yr 7 homework. Had a couple of dds friends round yesterday, they were talking about homework over dinner.
One gets no help whatsoever because it's 'her work and she has to be independent'. The others Mum does most of her Art, etc. Subjects the Mum thinks aren't important! The Mum helps the girl with all homework, does most sticking/cutting/helps to draw. The girl is really clever and works like crazy before exams, etc.
So looks like other parents are completely torn over this. I was a bit 
at what is right.
Homework hasn't been too bad but in year 8, the school starts giving them more (as told by friends) and I was wondering, how much help should I and DH provide and what is right?
