just a quick one about MATHS

...can anyone recommend a maths computer programme/online thingy that's effective and fun but doesn't cost a huge amount?

DD (6) and I can cope at least adequately with any other subject area but maths has us both pouting and blinking away the odd tear

...if anyone knows of any that are tailored to HE families or have a free trial period that'd be even better

other good things are maths whizz and supermathsworld but they cost 100pounds a year. Maths whizz has a monthly sub for 15pounds a month.

Older kids might like Manga High as well, but that's mainly for secondary age groups.
