Who Governs Us?

We were waiting to see what party would get in so we could start our project 'Who Governs Us?
Advice here please.

In learning about the various political parties, would it be OK just to mention the major parties or do a piece on each of the different parties and their policies etc.?

Have you seen this book? Might be helpful for your project.
