Does anyone on here HE in Northumberland?

And if so, what's it like in terms of socialising opportunities, groups for subjects etc? Is everything fairly spread out or concentrated in one area of the county? DH and I are seriously considering a move there from SE London, as it's where my family live (and where I'm from).

There's quite a thriving home ed community in Newcastle and would imagine that some of these come from further north. I'm a bit further south so don't have links to the Newcastle groups etc.

I live near Newcastle and have been looking at home ed, it does seem there is a lovely community here.
