Is anyone HE in or near York?

I am tentatively thinking of HE dds aged 6.5 and 1.5 and just wondered if anyone is local to me so I could have a chat?

I think it will be important to have a reasonably local network to meet up with etc. But would be glad to hear from anyone who would chat me through it!

I have particular concerns about the age gap bw my dds and also the withdrawal from a "community" that is the local school (both for me and dd1) Thanks in advance!

I have a similar age gap, and another family we play with regularly has an even larger one (something like 7 years between their children). It's no more a challenge, for me, than living with more than one well-spaced child is a problem - their needs are so different that one is juggling anyway, yk?
