Talk about HE to Year 1 trainee teachers - any advice?

I HE my 2 children, but they are only 4 and 2. My MIL trains teachers and has asked me
to do a talk at the uni for the Year 1 students about HE. I really want to do it so they know a little bit about it. I have a few ideas, but if anyone has experience of doing this or something similar and can give me any tips then I'd be really grateful.

I'd especially like some links to clips or photos I could use.
