On TES

www.tes.co.uk site predominantly frequented by teachers, a thread was started entitled regarding council registration of home educators. It was started on 11th and has thus far clocked up 141 posts and rising.
It's ironic that only one teacher there is supporting the idea of the new regime and seems quite keen on seeing all our grandchildren and children being sent back to school or being taken into care.

You don't have to register. The thread on 'Opinion' makes interesting and entertaining reading.
