Anyone have the letter to de-register your child from school, Scotland?

Hello!
I am removing DD1 from school to home educate, I know that there is a letter I can download to send to the LEA but can't find it...! I have a meeting with her school and want to go in armed!! Any help would be great! Thanks

Can't find the actual letter-but have bumped the thread about removing a child from school in Scotland for you.

I agree that THE place to go for advice on home ed north of the border is Schoolhouse and in your shoes I would be contacting them ASAP.

On looking round I also found this information about Home Education in Scotland in the Scottish Home Ed Guidelines

and I found that EO had some similar info on Scottish Home Ed. This has been rewritten very recently and I am sure it reflects the position accurately, as it reads very much like the Schoolhouse and Scottish Gov stuff.
