We live in East London are there any groups around??

We have not had any replies to the people we have emained from the HE website.

We do not HE at the moment. DH dead against it for one (socialization issues).

I want to get introduce to other He'rs before we consider it. If I can build up a network to show DH socialization is not a problem I am half way there.

There is an excellent group in Southend, could you get there?

There is a large SE london group that families from East London travel to, but I'm sure there is a Leytonstone.

I have emailed a friend and she says if you contact her on this address she will send you a list of local London groups and how to contact them, so you can find the ones nearest/most suitable for you.

What part of East London? I know a few HEers in my area (E3) and could put you in touch with at least one.

Thank you everyone for your help. Im in Barking and Dagenham and I do drive and so all of these are pratical. Im gonna check them out now

Runnerbean - Sorry to hijack the thread, but I live in Catford and my ears pricked up at yr mention of a big SE London HE group...? I've two DDs of six and four-ish (and a younger boy and baby due in December...)
