Please can anyone recommend an excellent language learning course to learn all skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing? For primary aged children.

I would go with a good tutor.

There’s this really good new platform called ReadingBridge that is designed to help KS2 children better their reading and comprehension. They currently have a 14 day free trial promotion and it’s only £4.99 a month after that which is really good for what you get. You can add 3 children per household and track each of their progress! I’ll link it here, definitely worth a try: https://readingbridge.co.uk
