I’m trying to find a reputable online provider for Level 3 Business diploma courses that will still allow my daughter to apply to uni in the future. She doesn’t want to do A levels and I’m really struggling to get any advice with this.

You could look at the home ed qualifications wiki here: https://he-exams.fandom.com/wiki/Alternative_Academic_Qualifications

Don't be put off by the platform on which it's hosted. The content is very good. You can then join the Facebook group linked from there to ask further questions.

One of my children was in a somewhat similar situation (not business studies though) and we were advised to talk to the universities they might want to apply to in order to find out what they would expect and whether they are familiar with specific alternative qualifications.

See also Vocational and recreational courses, portfolios and certificates and Community and Life Skills Awards and Volunteering Opportunities for other alternative options. Still have questions? Join the Home Education UK Exams & Alternatives Facebook...
