A level Coursework marking

I am possibly enrolling my teen onto openstudycollege.com to do A level English Lit & Lang however the fees hike up considerably if they book the exam. I can do that myself separately and closer to home.

Has anyone else worked out how the coursework is marked and submitted ?Openstudy college do it for a fee £40-£50 but I wondered about the practicalities of submitting it to the exam board for authentication etc.

On that page you will find a link to a big Facebook group for people who are home educating through A levels. I'm sure people there will be able to advise.
