Hello everyone :)
I’m a Year 13 homeschooled student currently preparing for my A‑Levels (History, Classical Civilisation, and Psychology) and trying to arrange online tutoring as soon as possible. I also need to secure someone who could help with predicted grades for my UCAS application.
I’ve been having difficulty getting replies from tutors so far. I’m hoping to find someone who is available soon, and I’m happy to offer the usual pricing (idk, 20 pounds?). Ideally, I’d like to work with a tutor who might benefit from extra work at this time, so this could be mutually helpful.
I wondered if anyone here has been in the same situation and could share what worked for them; especially how they found responsive tutors or predicted grade referees. If you know anyone as well, let me know.
Thank you and God bless you!

Hi, I suppose he can give me predicted then? In that case, sure, I can get his contact. Thank you. May God bless you!

I'd try joining the 'HE Exams information and advice group' on Facebook and asking the same question as they will have better specialist knowledge. Be aware tutors can often be closer to £45 per hour, not £20. You need to ensure your tutor is familiar with the exam board spec for the particular exam you will be sitting to give you an accurate predicted grade.

You won’t get a good tutor for £20ph. For psychology, you could try LESSONing the Load, Social Science Tutor and Psychology Tuition. I can’t help with Classical Civilisation (Jake at Humanatees offers Classical Civilisation but I doubt he has capacity) and I presume you are already working with a provider for history so they can authenticate your NEA?
