Single mum to three young children in Oxfordshire. Home-ed/full time carer for my my middle child who has significant learning and physical disabilities. We have a great network here, but post divorce and financial settlement I can’t afford to house us here (bunked up with g/parents at present). Looking for somewhere in a close to town (not city) area that is an affordable (3-bed and garden) for around £140k or less that could offer the following; close proximity to Catholic Church, RDA horse riding, forest school, museums, libraries.
