Hello Everyone, I have been home educating my son RJ who's 13 for over 2 years now but as he's getting older I'm finding it increasingly difficult to find groups for him and help him socialise with kids his own age. He attends a football group in Lewes and also The Orange Toolbox near Uckfield. But I would really like to get him into volunteering or possibly helping out on a farm. Does anyone know anywhere near Lewes, East Sussex?
Thank you so much 😍

There is a Woodcraft Folk group in Brighton for 13-15 year olds? Wunjo Venturers - Woodcraft Folk. It's a great organisation, and has kids from home education and traditional school alike. They encourage the kids to organise sessions, lead etc- they've more about it on their website About us. You might struggle to find volunteering roles just yet as a lot of places will only take from 14/15 up, but he could help out at the younger woodcraft folk groups.
