Best place for house insurance/ life insurance

Looking to know who is the best insurance company for house/ life insurance that won’t rob the bank.

Been quoted £50 a month life insurance and £40 a month house insurance by a broker and I’m not sure if this is standard. A few people I have spoke to have said this is too dear.

If you want best advice then always use a reputable independent insurance broker. The online policies tend to have endorsements or warranties that a layman wouldn’t realise are important.
