Home education of child with an EHCP help please?

Is there anyone I can talk to who home educates a child with an EHCP please?

I don’t EHE with an EHCP, but DS1 has an EOTAS package via his EHCP. If the reason for considering EHE is DC’s difficulties attending school have you considered EOTAS instead?
