Only ever heard of them being done in Canada and US. Does anyone else do them in the UK?
If you do, what goes into yours?

Awe I like the idea of these..saw it on YouTube from an American mother as you say. I think hers had some fiction books, cds and some bible stuff..not sure what I would put in mine..I guess it could vary :)
