Home education report

Hello

I’ve been asked to provide a report on my 11 year old education from the LA. I’ve sent in educational philosophies before but I can’t seem to get my head around this.
I want to make sure it’s correct

There's a great Facebook group for this sort of thing: "Home Education and your Local Authority: Help with dealing with officialdom". There's a template for writing a report, and plenty of knowledgeable people who will be glad to help you ensure you include the right information.

It doesn't have to be perfect: if the LA has any concerns after receiving it, they should tell you what those concerns are and then you can provide more information to them. But of course it is good to send a report which covers what they'll want to know, to save yourself the bother of corresponding further with the LA!
