Home ed groups in West Midlands??

Hi hope someone can help. We have moved 100 miles and there's nothing on Google really as Yahoo groups does not seem active and the other group requires Facebook access (which I will do as a last resort as don't have a Facebook account).

Any info on home ed groups in West Midlands would be great. I am prepared to travel to take part in activities. My daughter is 9.5 and has always been home ed. Tia.

Hi OP, I only know to the HELM group on Yahoo, it's pretty much all FB groups otherwise. I'm in Walsall with 10 year old DD if that happens to be anywhere near you

Like Loose juice said, many of the HE groups are to be found on FB. I only use FB for HE groups and hobby groups! It is exceptionally useful for that sort of thing.

I'm in West Midlands, there are loads of FB groups. If you want to pm I can add you to them. My DD is just 8.

Hi I'm also in the westmidlands I have joined a few home ed groups on fb as I am home ed untill ehc comes through. The problem I find is alot of days out and meeting are booked that are to far away,i work part time and my partner does at the same place so we do oposite shifts, it is realy akward to find a meet on my day off and the fact I don't drive aswell does not help, as I also have to do school run for dsd so only have limited times ethier can't go early because of school run or can't be late because of eathier school run or at work. Very difficult
