Advice on homeschooling

Hi I've joined mums net today in hope I can get help and advice on homeschooling my twin daughters. Are their any groups in Swindon that meet up? Is their anyone I can contact to discuss my many many questions??? I have two very unhappy little girls and this is just their first day back at school :( was really hoping this would be different.
Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

Hi Mark, Facebook is the place to go. Join a group called Home Education UK and from there you will be able to find your local home ed Facebook group to find out what meets there are in your area and any questions you have can be answered.

Homeschooling UK is another useful site. Or search swindon home education on FB.

The "Home education Swindon" Facebook group might be a good place to start looking.

I found a group on another website. It has been incredibly useful in answering my questions about homeschooling our children. I get recommendations on resources worth trying out additionally as well. community.babycenter.com/groups/a6275/homeschooling

Home Education Wiltshire is a group on Facebook. It's quite active with posts and there seems to be quite a bit going on in and around Swindon. We live in Wiltshire, but right down the other end.

When we home educated (many years ago), it was an excellent source of support and information.
