Home Ed GCSE groups in Hertfordshire?

Looking to Home Ed with help of private tutors my daughter from year 10. (Currently year 9) any groups in my area that people can advise me about?

The best place to start is generally Facebook. If you type "Hertfordshire Home Education" into the Facebook search bar you will find a few groups. Join those and ask on there.

You also might like to ask local HE parents about colleges in the area which offer suitable courses, if you think that might be appropriate for your daughter. Such courses would be fully funded and you can do them part-time, for example she might do just English and maths there and other subjects elsewhere.
