Apart from the special library card arrangements someone mentioned earlier, what have people managed to negotiate?

and did you just show your EO card to get whatever you negotiated?

I'm also thinking of the National Trust, as I'm sure someone mentioned they had some deal going - will check their membership categories

Many places will let an adult in free (as a "teacher")

even places that don't have an official stance on this may give you a discount off the cuff

I think the official list is in one of the EO booklets, but I show my card everywhere and we often get a positive response.

That's good to know - think I will do likewise, if you don't ask, you don't get!
