Just wondering if anybody had any experience of them cocking things up? my friend has used them for her ds and whilst he has got on fine with the work my friend has been really let down.
They have taken money and lost it and the admin seems all over the place.
Does anybody know if this is a usual occurrence as in lots of reports of this or likely to be a one off as their reputation is good?
I haven't looked at high school yet but my friends ds is due to do igcse's and friend isn't sure whether to continue with them or go elsewhere.
