West London Home Eds

[Thinking2014]

I'm wondering if there are any west London home educators, I'm becoming more and more determined that this is the route I'm going to go down but I want to make sure my daughter (8) will be able to socialise with other children her age, preferably with families in the HE community.

I've tried to get into the yahoo HE group but can't get in so hoped I could meet some families here...

We are in Central London (SW1V). DD is 8 and in year 4, will be in year 5 in September- Considering Distance Learning with flexi school from Year 7 or earlier.
Would like to start building a network in preparation .
How are you getting on?

My thoughts too, I'm going to send an email today in the HE yahoo group and see who's local to me. I recommend having a look at the groups available...

Hi I'm new here. I'm about to start home ed in September with my daughter who will be 5 next month. We're in W12, also looking for groups in the area.

I've joined the West London Home Education Group on Yahoo, is this the one you ladies are talking about?

AngelArmogida yeah I'm on that. I've hears theres a Facebook group but I'm not on FB. Its called the west London home Ed group I think...I believe their events are more local to us.
