Hi! Dd was in La Jolie Ronde for a full school year but we quit do to scheduling. We've been doing CDs, right now listening to an Usborne in the car, but I want more of a workbook type so that dd (8) can also do some writing. What do you home ed parents use with your children? My dd is still a beginner. She knows the numbers, days of the week, how are you, parts of a house, garden, etc. She was just getting used to speaking when we quit. TIA!!

Hallo- I don't home ed (! only 18) but we have lots of favourite French children's books here.....would Becassine be too babyish for her? There are some workbooks based around her, I think, and I was still laughing at them around her age.

You could also try Henri Des. He does lots of CDs. Or Okapi magazine.
