...but my daughter who has just turned 8 and been HE'd for less than 2 months has started drawing again :) . She used to be so artistic when she was little and school sucked out all her energy and creativity and sparkle and she stopped drawing for pleasure so long ago. Now she has the peace, the freedom and the time and she hardly stops being creative. I feel like she is on the way to being fully healed and am so sure we've done the right thing in taking her out of school [need crying for joy smiley!]

Oh, that is really wonderful!

When my older daughter was little and my husband and I hadn't yet agreed on whether to HE, I said to him, "Just promise me this. If we send her to school and she stops singing, we'll take her out again." She sings louder than ever now.

It's so lovely to see them being cheerful.
