Hello everyone :)

First of all I'm not actually HEing - DD adores preschool and is doing well, so she will be starting reception in September.

Anyway, she now gets quite bored at home as I'm crap at DOING stuff with her Blush and my DS is now 18m and I'm really feeling like I am letting them down. I've had depression on and off, and have become quite lazy.

But, new start, new blog. I'd like to keep a record of stuff I do with them, especially the more 'educational' things. It'll be a good way of keeping family updated. (not bothered about getting lots of other followers) And it may inspire me to actually play with them more Hmm

Any recommendations for blogging sites that are easy to use, especially with an iPhone? And to add photos? I've used blogspot before but I'd like a fresh start...

Any inspiration to help us get started, please? :)

I use blogger but import backgrounds from elsewhere (shabby blogs is good). No idea on iphones compatibility sorry.
here you can follow the link from the bar on the top to set up your own.

Hi,

I've just set up a Wordpress blog curriculumisnotcompulsory.wordpress.com/ it's taken me a couple of weeks to work out how it all runs, but so far so good.

I use Typepad, but I use a pro account (which is paid for). I think the best free blogging tool out there is blogger - you can always move over to typepad if you want more features at a later date! My typepad blog is here - the main reasons I moved were the ability to have more information pages, and customise the design without knowing much about computers or HTML.

If you want to blog using an iPhone use posterous!

www.posterous.com

Its what is sometimes called "micro blogging" software.

I have been looking at blogging software for a long time and I really reckon that posterous is so much easier to use than anything else.

You blog by sending the posts to your site as an email. if you want to send a photo attach that to your email.

if you want to you can password protect your site so only people you tell can see it.
