I’ve got a quote that I like from a plumber I have used before, but this is for a much bigger job - several thousand pounds. The products he fits will be covered by the manufacturer guarantees, but what about his labour and parts? Would you expect there to be some sheet of nsurance-backed guarantee on his work?
