Anyone recommend me a wind out awning for my kitchen window?

Probably for next summer now but I'd like to add a manual wind out awning over my kitchen window as it's south facing and receives a lot of heat, it's not huge, probably around 1.7m.wide window but I'd like the awning a bit wider.

Any recommendations?

We made our own by getting a builder to put in a line of hooks above the living room window which is large and faces south. Then bought the biggest sale type awning we could find, attached it to the hooks and used guy ropes to tilt it to keep the sun off the house. We had tried with a wind-out canopy in our previous house, but soon found out that it was rarely in the right position and the sun just came around or underneath it. Our solution cost about £250 including the builder's work, and the 'official' awning which didn't work, about £4,000!
