Replacement sofa cushions - help please

We recently bought two Next sofas that feel are much firmer than they felt in the store. It was too late to return once the family all agreed this. We thought they'd be ok but no one is happy with them. Wondering if anyone has used a company to fit replacement foam/fibre - ideally I would like to send the cushion cover form them to be filled as I think it can be quite tricky. Also would like to feel a sample as don't want to make the same mistake twice. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Have a Google for local reupholster companies. We’ve had cushions changed. Not very expensive

Im looking for the opposite of this, terrible Lounge sofas we got during covid that were supposed to be foam but leak feathers daily and arr now like pancakes. I want firm foam.

I used GB Foam Direct to replace filled fibre cushions with the firm foam I'd wanted all along after about 10 years.

I've just looked back at the emails to find the supplier and it has a 10% referral code (as below) but looking at their website they have 10% off anyway.

Which level of foam and firmness did you go for? I like the bottoms to be pretty firm and not at all squishy (yes The Lounge Co - what i ordered, not sure why you sent me non wrapped feather cushions that leak constantly when i specifically requested foam and then refused to change them because 'covid'. Will never go back to The Lounge Co, avoid)
