Dining chairs have scratched Karndean!

Has anyone successfully managed to remove scratches from Karndean?
In dec we had an oak plank laid in our dining room from the art select range (the one with the thickest wear layer!)
I’ve noticed these scratches today under the dining table. The dining chairs are wooden and it looks like the feet have scraped the top layer of varnish.
So annoyed as it was really expensive and we had the same stuff laid in the hall 5 years ago and it’s still immaculate which is why we thought this would be hardwearing! I’ve ordered the foam pads from Amazon for the chairs but can anything be done for the floor?!

Not managed to get them out but do you have any spares? My husband is a floor layer and has done call outs to remove and replace.
although he does give a warning that a few might have to come up and need re-screeding but more often than not it doesn’t

You can get floor restorer like Bona hard surface floor polish, but you’d need to test first because the level of gloss might not be what you want. I have successfully restored scratches in a laminate floor with it. Just googled and Karndean do have a Refresh product that might work, but again you’d need to check if the finish is what you want. All of these polishes coat the floor kind of like a layer of varnish, so they will protect the floor and should fill in minor damage, but may have to be stripped and reapplied after a time.

Thanks, we do have a couple of spares but not enough for the area we need. I think it would be around 6 planks.
Might give the restore product a go first. So frustrating as we’ve been really careful moving the large furniture such as sofas but I stupidly didn’t give the dining chairs a thought!

Weirdly the scratches are raised not indented. It almost looks as though glue has been dribbled on the floor.

If the “scratches” are raised they’d need (carefully!) sanding or scraping flat before messing with topcoat finishes, making it even more important that you test whatever treatment you propose in an inconspicuous area.
I note that you now have protective feet pads on the offending dining chairs. Be aware that these can - and do - come off, so you’ll need to keep an eye on them to prevent future damage.

I had a similar issue - the Refresh/Restore stuff sold by Karndean improved it slightly, but the scratches were still very visible. Do not sand as this made ours worse - unless there is something spilled on it. I didn’t know that the protective coating is meant to be applied after installation…. We ended up getting a massive rug so the table & chairs sit on it, as the scratches annoyed me so much! The felt pads often come off - my dad also has Karndean and bought some kind of clear protective “socks” for the chair legs. I’ll try & find a photo of what I mean.
