Having a composite front door sprayed

First, has anyone done it and was it a success?

2nd if you were to do it, what colour? 60s built house in yellowy coloured bricks, with some white rendering around the door. Mid grey garage door.

It's a faded bottle green atm. A "traditional" style with two glass panels, in the way that composite doors were in the late 1990s.

I'm thinking some sort of duck egg blue or French navy? Something slightly off a primary colour iyswim. I'm wary of something too modern on an old fashioned door and house.

Yes, I had my uPVC door sprayed 5 years ago, from the original tacky white to a charcoal grey. It still looks incredibly smart. Zero scratches or chips. It was £275, so much cheaper than replacing the door. My friend got the same chaps to do her front door, after seeing mine. I'm about to move house and will get the front door done there too.
