Hall runner colour!

Hi I need to get a hall runner for my dark wood hall floor as my poor dog has arthritis and skids all over the floor and been advised that a rug will help when he comes down the stairs.
my problem is that my stairs have a colourful stripe on them as a runner, the hall walls are white and not sure what colour to go with? Concerned that main with a dog and ok heavy traffic area will be a disaster

If you just wanted a cheap and cheerful one that goes in the washing machine then argos have them. I suspect that you're looking for something a bit more upmarket though looking at the one you posted..... 😃

Look at Ruggable. Non slip and machine washable. Ideal for the dog and lots of patterns so choose shades that fit the stair runner. They will easily exchange if the tones don’t work when it arrives
