Door Handles for oak doors - which one?

I'm struggling to make a decision on door handles for the whole house which will then roll out to all door furniture/electrical switches.

Currently have a mixture of chrome/brushed chrome and chrome in various rooms.

Which would you choose? The satin nickel or brushed chrome one?

Ideally I wanted a half sprung beehive with a concealed rose but this seems impossible on my searches. Argggh!

I'd go for brass because it kills germs.

The brass one.
I don't like the ridges effect on the other one, and think of all the muck that will build up in them.

First one for hygiene reasons
