could anyone tell me if I need a hook to fix the IKEA death star light to the living room ceiling see picture.not sure if and what size hook I may need.thanks

Yes, a hook was needed – for the Hemma pendant cord, I've used a cup hook with a total length of 55mm but it could be worth getting a set with various sizes to be on the safe side?

I found the threaded ones screw into the plasterboard ceiling by hand, I didn't need to drill.
