Emperor bed - will it fit?!

Hi all, we have a three story house and have just ordered a 200x200cm bed.

We can get the divan made in two or four parts however we've ordered a tempur mattress. Has anyone successfully or unsuccessfully had a giant mattress delivered? Will the delivery men squish it a bit to get it round the corners in the stairs? We have two bends like the picture below. We've measured it and technically it doesn't fit, but neither does a double which we took up relatively easily.

Could you take the stairs banisters out then rebuild it that would give more leverage with a clear hallway and space. Yes it’s a lot of extra work and expensive if you get a builder/handy person to help not to mention messing but it’s a possibility.
