Rendering needed

Hi I have had tender don’t the top off of my property, but it’s Fucking and also there is small chips in it, where the render is coming off, can I ask if anyone is able to advice me what to do shall I re do it all taking it off or go over the old render also anyone who can maybe advice me what to do thank you

Think your auto correct/typos are don't for "on the top" and "flaking' and I'm not sure why your photo is sensitive content for a house photo. 🫢

Look for local rendering companies and get 3 quotes. They'll advise you if they need to remove any blown bits and do patch rendering or if the whole thing needs done.
Quote should include labour and materials as well as costs to hack off old render, scaffolding & waste removal.

I am planning to get mine assessed in the spring. I know it is expensive but essential maintenance and will be checking out each company's reviews, completed projects and guarantees.
