Which direction to lay herringbone faux sisal flooring?

I would like to have faux sisal laid throughout my small flat. I know I would like a herringbone pattern running along the hallway, but am unsure what to do in the other rooms. If I got herringbone throughout, I’m not sure if it needs to be in different directions in the other rooms? But that could look a bit weird… Perhaps another option could be herringbone in the hall but then a less busy pattern in the same colour in the other rooms? I will attach a floor plan and a photo of the product - pics might take a while to appear. Thanks for any advice!

When i had my new kitchen the floor tiles look like wooden flooring, the tiler said I needed to run the pattern the same way as the floorboards in the room rooms alongside it. This was completely the opposite direction to what I had intended to do and spent some time arguing about it with DH.

Anyway, we laid it the way the tiler suggested, and actually I do now agree
