Ottoman Bed-quick!!

Last day of sales....I would LOVE a new bedframe. We tend to buy furniture once. Needs to be good quality/durable/timeless.
Have only ever bought one bed/mattress for DH & me-they're now 25years old.
Bought from Ikea for the kids.
I got given £ for Christmas. I'd love to do up our bedroom.
An Ottoman velvet-y style new bedframe, new paint/carpet. Am unsure of whether to buy from Dusk -pros-cheaper, cons-?? dubious quality. And have leftover £ for paint/carpet etc.

Or go for the cheapest JL one. Pros-more reliable supplier/better quality. Cons-^ cost-minimal ££ to out towards paint/carpet.
Anyone any experience?

Bed frames are much of a muxhness, spend as much as you can afford and more on the mattress. We have an ottoman from an online bed company and one from dunelm, both brilliant and now over 7 years old. They aren’t sprung or anything so it’s literally appearance and action of the hydronic springs for the ottoman bit.

I have an ottoman bed from dusk and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality.

We got a great one from Dusk a few years back.still looks great. And is super comfy.
