Hi I’m in the middle of renovation to my home.

So far I have had the house rewired completely and roofing works.

currently I’m awaiting change of boiler and radiators - but that is take place in Feb/March.

so in the meantime I’ve removed the old wall paper.

I’m not sure what I should do next? I have a plaster booked for after the plumbing works…

what should I do next?

Depending on what you are having done you should be able to plaster before the plumbing and maybe even start decorating. Have you decided where all the radiators are going? Are you getting a full replumb or reusing the existing pipes?

Are you doing a new kitchen and bathroom?

What are you doing about windows and door? If they need replacing you'll want to do that before you get plastering done.

I started a renovation on my home after buying it at the start of this year!

I had ripped out everything that I could myself - stripped wallpaper, ripped up carpets and flooring, removed doors, ripped out the kitchen apart from the gas cooker as this was done by a gas safe engineer.

We saved some money doing this - we had an extension built so we had a builder come in and do building works - knocking walls down etc.

If you're replacing the windows, start with that. If not, you can use a space planning software to work on the possible layouts, do some of the plastering as others suggested, and maybe start working on a kitchen or bathroom or bedroom/living room, depending on what you want to be done first.
