Help me with ceiling lampshades please!

So I've just got a shiny new house but two of the ceiling light fittings are in a really bad spot and I am trying to figure out what type of shade would work.

They're both just bog standard white drop pendant fittings and I'm going to get an electrician to lift them as high as he can but it's a rental so I can't change them completely.

One is immediately in front of my fuse box (in a very small room with a sloped ceiling so in fairness nowhere else for it to go) so I need a lampshade that's very short and also skinny (as in fits closely to the bulb) but ideally also looks nice.

And the other is at my front door. This will also be lifted up slightly but the bulb will still probably reach just above the door. At the moment the door hits the bulb when it's open. So I think I'll need a lampshade that sits almost flat above the bulb or finishes just about in line with where the bulb ends.

Going for a kind of Boho/scandi kind of vibe but I've just moved in and furnished the place so don't want to spend loads so looking ideas as cheap as possible. Any ideas will be most welcome!

Ceiling fittings? Most landlords would not object to this. Plenty available. Just restore if you leave.

Shorten the flex so the bulb holder/shade fixing sits a bit higher.

If you wanted to put it back to completely standard when you leave, new roses C/W flex & bulb holders are very cheap.

So I'm going to shorten the flex to lift it as high as I can, but this will still only take the bulb to just right above the door when it's open so still could cause an issue if i put a shade on it unless the shade ends in line with the base of the bulb if that makes sense? Equally the issue with the celling light that's beside my fuse box isn't just the drop length, it's how close it is to the box itself.

This is a bit wonky because I used ai to remove the shade that was on it, but this will give you an idea of how close together it all is.
