Christmas Lights

I see magazine pictures of houses beautifully festooned with Christmas lights and am wondering where you all hang them? I would love my house to look sparkly and twinkly this Christmas. I live in a new build house but have antique furniture and don’t have a fireplace.

Around internal doors , wrap up the stairs , around pictures or mirrors . Everywhere !

We put lights on the banisters all the way up the stairs. I also put them around the mirrors and hang them in a tall arrangement of dried twigs.

And on a Christmas tree.
